Order processing time

It takes us about 24-48hours to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier.

 

Shipping lead times and costs

Unlike many online stores the products are shipped from our European warehouse which reduces shipping times greatly. In general delivery take between 2-4 days.

To find out the exact delivery time and cost, place the products in the cart and proceed to the ‘Shipping method’ step where you have the option to select your preferred carrier. Here the cost and estimated delivery time will be shown. You still have the option to cancel the purchase at this stage.

 

Amending an order

At Costwin we make every effort to send you your order as soon as possible. As a result, the time window to amend your order is very small. Please contact us as soon as you discover the error and we will try our best to correct the order. If successful – the order will be cancelled and you will be required to place a new order.

 

Product damaged upon delivery

We can offer you a free of charge replacement product provided you:

  1. Made a note on the dispatch note stating ‘PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED.’
  2. Send us the scanned dispatch note within 24hours of delivery

 

Faulty/defect product

In the rare event you have received a faulty product, please send us an email within calendar

5 days of delivery including:

  • Order number and product name
  • Issue description
  • Photos supporting the complaint

If the product is deemed defective by our technical team – you will receive a refund/replacement order.

 

Guarantee

All products have a 2-year guarantee offered by the manufacturer from the date of delivery

except in the case of perishable products or health and hygiene products. Defects caused by negligence, hits, misuse or tampering, wrong voltage or installation, or wear and tear, are not included. In the case of IT products, the guarantee does not cover virus removal, program restoration or disc reinstallation. In the case of incidents where a claim on the guarantee is justified, the product will be repaired, replaced, returned, or have its price reduced, in compliance with the law.

The guarantee will be void:

  • If any detail of the guarantee or the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced;

and/or

  • If the identification number or the guaranteed product is tampered with or repaired without prior authorisation by the Technical Service.

To make use of the guarantee, please send us an email including

  • Order number and product name
  • Issue description
  • Photos supporting the complaint

 

Standard returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept products which are not damaged nor defective to be returned.
